If your Mediacom ID was created less than 24 hours ago, your credentials may not yet be ready for use with the ESPN App. Getting message “We are sorry, but it seems we do not have access to this content on this particular application. Simply tap the icon from the Watch area and use the filters to find what you’re looking for. Search up to 30 days of upcoming, scheduled programming. If using the app, the calendar feature makes planning for upcoming events easy. Those denoted with ESPN+ require a separate subscription that is not part of your current Mediacom provided services. Keep in mind, the site and app provide live programming from a number of ESPN owned stations. I’m being prompted to subscribe to an ESPN service. Once you arrive at the home screen of the app, begin at step 2 above to log in. NOTE: If prompted to Log In when initially launching the app, select “Sign Up Later”. If you do not remember your password - Click HERE.If you do not remember your Mediacom ID, Click HERE.Allow 24 hours in advance to activate your ID.If you do not have a Mediacom ID - Click HERE.From the ESPN app tap the icon in upper right corner, or the icon if using a web browser select TV Provider and then choose Mediacom.If accessing the app away from home proceed to Step 3. Simply tap the event you’d like to stream, and it will launch automatically. Mediacom Internet customers accessing the application from their home network will not be required to log in.The ESPN app is also available on Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV.
